I5 2500k @ 4.2ghz
12GBs DDR3 1600mhz
R9 390
Windows 10 64 bit
- The game runs 10-15fps outdoors. 
- During day time around noon, it gets so bright that everything washes out and you can't even see where you're going.
- The game locks up 100% of the time I click on "affinity chart".  Repeated 5x in a row. 
- The game is not playable with my PC specs.
