We assume that you already know how to get the game dlc in decrypted/extracted format. However, should you need any assistance you can easily find some guides on Google.

For Cemu to correctly load patches all you have to do is to place the updated game files in:

mlc01\usr\title\<titleId_upper8Digits>\<titleId_lower8Digits>\aoc\ or

mlc01\usr\title\<titleId_upper8Digits>\<titleId_lower8Digits>\<aoc_titleId>\

Before DLC installation

How I find the mlc01\usr\title\..\..\aoc\ folder and install the DLC

  1. Start the Cemu emulator and enable Logging. Debug -> Logging -> enable Logging
  2. Start your game in the emulator and then close the emulator.
  3. Open log.txt in the Cemu folder and look for the line:
    Mounting local storage (updates): .\mlc01\usr\title\00050000\101C9XXX\
  4. Go to your Cemu folder and navigate to mlc01\usr\title\ and create there the two folders if they doen't exist.
  5. In the last newly created folder ..\101C9XXX\ you create a folder named aoc and copy your DLC data within, consisting of 3 files.
  6. Afterwards, turn Cemu Logging off by following Step 1 to prevent a bloated Log file.

Example US version of MK8

For example, patching the US version of MK8 you should end up with a folder structure that looks like this:

<cemuFolder>\mlc01\usr\title\00050000\1010EC00\aoc\code
<cemuFolder>\mlc01\usr\title\00050000\1010EC00\aoc\content
<cemuFolder>\mlc01\usr\title\00050000\1010EC00\aoc\meta
