Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is the eighth main installment in the Tekken fighting game series, originally released in Japanese arcades on September 14, 2011. It received an update, subtitled Unlimited, on March 27, 2012. A console version based on the update was released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in September 2012, accompanied by an extensive promotional campaign. It was also ported to the Wii U as one of the system's launch titles in November 2012, subtitled Wii U Edition.
Happens with Vulkan and async enabled first time around caching. Goes away and doesn't seem to return.
Old Known Issues for previous Cemu builds
Glitched Textures
As of 1.9.1, all stages now have the correct textures but still "warps" sometimes which appears similar to artifacting, preferably on animated objects such as loop animated people on the background. all fighter character models also have their outfits on a default grey color and also sometimes artifact.
No Audio on Videos
In-game videos (such as the intro) has no audio.
Audio Distortion
In-game audio can distort whenever performing continuous heavy multiple hit combos.
Instant Crash
Whenever P1 or P2/CPU tag switches normally, the game automatically crashes. however there are certain instances when tag switches actually work in exchange of heavy texture glitching on the characters.
As of 1.10.0c this doesn't crash the emulator, but the glitching is still present.
Vendor-Specific Issues
Some fighter character models are partially invisible on NVIDIA GPUs.
Configuration
This game does not require non-default settings to run properly.
incorrect/invisible textures on characters, laggy audio, works well with 1v1/*2v1 on practice mode and *2v1 on arcade/ghost battles, (*P1 can perform tag assaults when the game's shader cache has been generated after repeated uses of a specific tag team and as long as the tag assault is performed perfectly/correctly), crashes when player or opponent tag switches normally (there are some instances when tag switches actually work causing heavy texture glitching), mushroom battles work as they are 1v1 only.
Texture Glitching and artifacting is still present. Game no longer slows down at balcony breaks & floor breaks. Tag Assaults and Tag Switches now work seamlessly. Audio Distorts whenever under heavy battle (i.e performing a tag assault wall splat combo)
Played on Vulkan. Nothing to note on the gameplay or audio side of things, it's more than fine. Stutters are surprisingly handled well even when playing for the first time due to compiling. However, textures are almost always messed up during customization, whether the color of the item itself is messed up or the color of other items, even going as far as ruining the customization altogether. This even happens during intros and ingame at times. Finally, occasionally, the brightness is too high, most often in Tulip Festival.
Playable, but has some very minor issue where all character outfits are green. Game runs smoothly with Vulkan, while OpenGL will have a severe blooming effect and the characters become invisible.
