Assassin's Creed III is a 2012 action-adventure video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft and is the fifth major installment in the Assassin's Creed series.
The true history of the battle for the New World will be authored by a man who does not appear on any American currency. Turn the tide of the American Revolution in this Assassin's Creed saga. Play as a Native American assassin and fight alongside some of this nation's greatest heroes, including George Washington and Benjamin Franklin, as you experience pivotal battles from the legendary conflict. For the first time, firearms play a prominent role in Assassin's Creed. Watch your enemies helplessly try to reload their weapons as you stalk your targets with tomahawks, rope darts, and the tools of a master assassin. Track your location on the Touch Screen or use it to swap weapons without missing a beat.
Known Issues
Characters/Scenery/Textures/Models pop in and out of existence randomly or do not get drawn at all.
Draw distance is severely shortened.
Spoken audio is very low in some parts of the game.
Shadows/Ambient Occlusion does not get drawn properly.
Configuration
GPU buffer cache accuracy must be set to High to reduce texture issues.
- Still will have major model glitches.
Extended texture readback should be ticked.
